Aftersales:

Your initial contact is the dealer from whom you purchased the product. They will take all the relevant details as to the nature of the problem. If any product has to be returned to Walker, please make sure it is clean! Only clean and dry awnings can be accepted for repair. Include a letter giving full postal address and telephone number with the repair. If possible include a sketch illustrating the problem. All new Walker awnings are supplied with a 28 page booklet ‘Erecting an awning in 10 steps’ with illustrations in colour. The warranty certificate is included in the booklet.
